To book:

•  Confirm your rental application by email to: contact@location-les-marmottes.com;

•  We will send you back by email a contract to return in duplicate together with an advance payment by check of 30%; then the reservation is completed;

•  Upon receipt we will return your signed copy.

The date of commencement of rental:

•  Arrival around 17h;

•  When you are close, you call us at 06 12 16 96 04 and we will come to give you the keys;

•  You give us two checks:

                The first is the balance of the rent plus the tax of € 1 per adult over 13 years per night;

                The second of € 1,000 is the deposit; it is not cashed and is returned to you usually within days of your departure.

Payments:

Usually by check and €. We can provide bank details if you prefer a bank transfer. By transfer the balance must be received in advance of your arrival.
